All requests must be submitted to contact@epicedges.net within a reasonable timeframe and must include sufficient supporting information.

We reserve full discretion to determine whether the conditions for an exception have been met.

 

4. Compensation Policy

Where an exception is granted, our primary resolution will be to offer access to an alternative product or service of equal or greater value.

Monetary refunds will only be issued where no reasonable alternative can be provided, as determined solely at our discretion.
